Early life and background:
Leeroy Gabriel Kinsley was born in Hawaii to a Polynesian whore and a sailor father.
He loved his mother very much but longed to see his father so he jumped ship to the navy at 16 and worked there. Leeroy became friends with one of the local natives and was designated a warrior for them (hence the tattoo). That happy life came to an end when he took the fall for one of his few friends in the navy for killing a local. It was only after he found out that it was a young boy from the village that he killed. That ended any sort of friends that Leeroy had. After trying to make a living doing odd dirty jobs and the occasional "skin-flick" he made it in a with a mob and rose to the rank of cleaner at the age of 23 due to his intimidation factor. He was also used to coheres other mob members to do their jobs. He quickly learned how to torture and kill people in several ways and soon became completely numb to any sort of violence and as a result turned into a total sleaze. Leeroy knocked up a druggie at the age of 30 and became a father. This sobered him and he wanted to become clean father for her because she knew that her mother could relapse at anytime. The mob agreed to this if he completely one more job that kept him away from his family for 2 weeks. Once returned he finds his 3 year old daughter gone and his wife dead. it turned out she OD'd on drugs and sold off the baby for more drugs. Naturally he was very upset and took out his anger on the whole mob and killed everyone within it from the top to the bottom. The Police arrested him on site and made a deal with him that he would serve minimum sentencing if he gave up all the information he had on that gang and all the other information he had on any other gangs or their activities. From then on he drowned himself in booze and hookers to make himself feel better while the horror of where is daughter is hangs over his head. He constantly has citizens and police men ask him for assistance to take out other mobs but he refuses to do any favors for anyone. He also has the occasional hit-man/realities of the mob members trying to get revenge on him
